If you are trying to login to your provider’s RxDefine portal, but are experiencing an “email address is invalid or does not exist” error, please ensure that you are observing the following:
- Make sure to downcase your email. For example, change Abe.Tester@example.com to email@example.com. This often does the trick.
- If your email is fully downcased, but you are still experiencing issues please ensure that you are logging in using the correct email address. If you forgot which email address you used, try searching your email inboxes for “RxDefine” to verify which address the email was sent to.
