Are you experiencing issues verifying your email during your consultation? Below are some handy troubleshooting tips we’ve used to resolve some of these issues.
If you are having trouble locating your email verification code, we encourage you to try the following:
Resend verification email
I keep getting an error saying "verification code is invalid or expired"
If you receive the “verification code is invalid or expired” message, we encourage you to review if you are inputting your verification code correctly.
We often notice that copying and pasting verification codes can contain stray spaces at the front or end of the code upon pasting. Try removing these stray spaces and retry the code.
If you are still experiencing issues, please resend yourself a new verification code. You can do this by clicking the “resend email” button illustrated in the previous paragraphs.
The resend email button does not work
While rare, we sometimes see issues with the “resend email” button on certain devices. If you are experiencing this issue, try logging into your session on a different browser or device.
