Depending on the condition, the pharmacy may contact you to arrange shipment details and insurance payments. Note, some conditions may strictly offer a cash price for the medication at the mail-order pharmacy.
If you choose to fill your medication at your local pharmacy, they will receive your prescription and make the necessary arrangements to fill the prescription. The pharmacy can also help adjudicate payments with your insurance. You should expect to hear from the local pharmacy within 24 hours.
If you do not hear from the pharmacy within 24 hours of being prescribed, we encourage you to contact the pharmacy over the phone to learn more about the status of your order.
